WHY YOU SHOULD STRENGTHEN YOUR SELF-CONFIDENCE?

One of the most common problems that people have is a lack of self-confidence. Lack of self-confidence prevents you from living your life the way you want, from having the relationships you want, from doing the job you love, from earning as much as you want…

Your self-confidence determines how other people treat you, what experiences you have and how you handle them, and how much fulfillment and happiness you experience at each step.

In fact, at the very core of your personal development is your relationship with yourself, and everything else in life is just a reflection of that relationship.

So I decided to do a 3-week online program with a special focus on strengthening self-confidence, because that’s exactly the foundation from which everything else is built.

 

HOW IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

Each week is dedicated to one of the major topics related to self confidence.

WEEK 1

Foundations of healthy self-confidence – what is self-confidence, what are the foundations of healthy self-confidence and what is not healthy self-confidence. It’s important to understand what the real self-confidence is in order to build it on a solid foundations.

WEEK 2

How ego impacts self-confidence – what is ego, how it affects self-confidence, supportive and destructive aspects of ego, how to build a healthy relationship with yourself

WEEK 3

Positive thinking and self-confidence – how our thinking affects self-confidence, should we always be positive, misconceptions about positive thinking that negatively affect self-confidence, how to accept yourself and resolve negative self-talk without forcing it

Q&A sessions

Besides the topics above, in each live streaming, a Q&A session will be held and a direct conversation with each participant about their progress.

 

WHY DO I DO THIS?

Long ago, I had troubles with my own self-confidence. Even though I was very dedicated to everything I was doing, and my results were noticed by the people in my environment, what I realized is that I withdrew every time I had the opportunity to stand up for myself and say what I had to say.

I missed so many opportunities due to that, at the same time seeing so many people advance because they spoke up with confidence, even though sometimes they were far less prepared or skilled than me.

Because of lack of self-confidence, I missed so many opportunities that came knocking on my door, and I realized I had to change that.

I realized I had to change that. I decided I would no longer withdraw and would speak up when I have something to say. I decided I would go after what I want, regardless of what other people think or say about it. And so I did! That’s when everything changed.

I unleashed the enormous potential within and used it to build something meaningful, something that I will like and be happy with. This work that I’m doing is a part of that vision too.

This is how I realized we can do and become so much more than we may be aware of!

I really believe that people can be, do and have much more than they may be aware of.

The program “Strengthen self-confidence” is the foundation of everything for me and without this we can’t go on… that is, we probably can, but the results will certainly not be the same… This isn’t my first workshop, I’m not exactly a total beginner, but after all, I feel like I was. And it was as if I had just opened the door and realized how much space was inside me.

So far, I have experienced the phrase “self-love” and the like very superficially and a bit banal… And then I was struck, like lightning: in one second I realized that I made all my decisions (for which I blame myself all my life) out of low self-esteem and fear. These emotions guided my decisions for most of my life; because of them I did what I didn’t want to do or didn’t do what I wanted to do. Because I was scared. Because I thought I wasn’t worth it. I believed I couldn’t do it. And so, my whole life and all the “failures” flew before my eyes in one second. THat was such a revelation.
